Your first week: the kickoff

What happens in your kickoff call, who should join, and a checklist to get your people signed in during week one.

Once your account is active you get a welcome email, and your coordinator books a kickoff within your first week.

Who should join

  • You (the company admin)
  • Your Chief AI Officer or AI lead
  • Your IT contact, if you have one

What we cover

  1. Seat groups. We confirm your groups and who goes where, and collect your first invite list.
  2. A tour of the portal. The learning path, Apps, the Compliance Academy (we take the AI maturity assessment together), Rankings, Trend Radar and the Knowledge Library.
  3. Targets. We agree adoption targets: at least 60% of seats active by day 30 and at least 80% by day 90.
  4. Email delivery. IT allow-lists our sending domain so invites don't land in spam. Your coordinator confirms the exact address.

Your week-one checklist

  1. Send your first invite list, grouped by seat group.
  2. Tell your people it is coming, so they expect the "your seat is ready" email.
  3. Remind them to create their account with the exact work email that was invited.
  4. Suggest a first step: complete their profile, then open Home to see where to start.
  5. Point them to the Help button in the portal header for guided help.
  6. Near the end of the week, ask your coordinator how many seats are active, and send your team a reminder.

Try the public tools

Some of what we show at kickoff is open to anyone, so you can explore it before or after: Compliance Academy, Trend Radar, Rankings and the Knowledge Library.
