What your people see when they sign in

Your people all use the same member portal. The tab bar across the top takes them everywhere. Here are the parts they will use most.

Home

Their personal starting point. It shows their membership level, a suggested path of courses based on their goals, and "Your next steps". Because your company pays for their seat, there is nothing for them to buy, so they can ignore any See plans link or upgrade prompt. If someone thinks they need a higher level, they should ask you.

Training

The Training tab holds a training centre with guided walk-throughs and help articles for their level, and Help & FAQ, where they can search answers or ask a question that a coach replies to.

Classroom

Courses, quizzes and the Prompt Library. Each person can take the courses open to their level.

AI News

A daily AI news feed and daily briefing for everyone. Member and Executive people also get the coach's daily PDF briefings, and Executives get by-market briefings. The Weekly tab has the weekly magazine.

Apps

Ready-made AI tools for work tasks. Each app card shows that person's allowance. Apps for a higher level stay visible with a note of which levels unlock them.

Guide Me

A personal AI guide they can chat with. It knows their goals, their journey and what their membership offers, and suggests what to do next.

Also in the tab bar

Community, Docs, Ideas, Tracker, Trends, Rankings, Compliance, Calendar and Journey. Calendar also has Book a coach, which is for Executive people.

The Help button

The Help button in the header opens a help panel with guides for the page they are on, their training track and a search. It is the fastest way for anyone on your team to get unstuck.
