Choosing a level for each group

Every seat group has one level. Here is what each level gets in the product today. Our team can adjust what each level includes, so your coordinator can confirm the current mix.

Everyone (Starter, Member and Executive)

• Courses open to their level, plus quizzes and the Prompt Library.
• The AI News feed and daily briefing, and the Weekly magazine.
• Apps: each app card shows that person's allowance. Apps set for a higher level stay visible with a note of which levels unlock them.
• Ideas (capture and develop ideas), the Tracker, Guide Me (a personal AI guide), the Community and their Journey.
• Email delivery of AI News and the Weekly magazine to an extra inbox.

Member and Executive add

• The coach's daily PDF briefings in AI News.
• An AI coach note in the Tracker.

Executive adds

• Booking time with a coach and access to 1:1 consulting.
• Their real name in the Community. Everyone else posts under an anonymous alias.
• By-market news briefings.
• More extra inboxes for the news and magazine emails.

Individual courses and apps can be set for particular levels, so each person sees exactly what their level includes when they sign in.

A simple way to choose

• Executive for leaders who want coaching, consulting and the deepest news.
• Member for people who will use AI in their work every day.
• Starter for people who need the foundations and the core tools.

You don't have to decide alone. Your coordinator can suggest a split on the discovery call, and people can move between groups later. For prices, ask your coordinator.
