Today your coordinator does the setup work for you: inviting people, moving them between groups and keeping your seat counts. We are building a company console so you can do much of this yourself.

What it will include

• Seat meters: see each seat group, how many seats are used and how many are free.
• Invite people directly: add people to a group yourself, within your group's count and your company's email domains. The system will stop a group going over its count.
• Request more seats: ask for extra seats from the console. We still price it, our owner approves it, and you confirm the amendment.
• Usage summary: your adoption numbers in one place, following the same privacy rule as today (totals only, for groups of 3 or more people).

Also on the way

• An online onboarding pack: a private link where your contacts fill in company details and upload your logo, with autosave.
• Accepting your agreement online: your signer can accept online or upload a signed PDF. Either way it counts only after a code sent to the signer's email confirms it is them.

What won't change

• Your coordinator stays your main contact.
• Seat groups, levels, pricing and billing work the same way.
• People who pay for their own personal subscription keep it.

Until then

Keep sending changes to your coordinator, and they will keep your groups and seat counts up to date.
