Privacy: what we report to your company

Your people learn better when they feel free to experiment. So we are careful about what we share with employers.

Our policy

• We report usage only in aggregate. You see totals for groups, such as how many seats are active.
• Only for groups of 3 or more people. If a group is smaller, we don't report it on its own, because the numbers could point to one person.

That means you won't receive what any one person did, for example their Guide Me chats, their tracker entries or their quiz answers.

What you can expect

• Active seats compared with our adoption targets.
• Trends over time at the day 30, 60 and 90 check-ins and at quarterly reviews.
• Suggestions from your coordinator on what to try next.

In the community

People on Starter and Member levels post under an anonymous alias. Only Executive people show their real name. That helps everyone ask questions without worrying about how it looks.

What your people should know

You can tell your team, in plain words: "The company sees overall usage for groups, not what you personally do in MyAIGuide.Pro."

Questions from IT or security

If your IT or security team has data-processing questions or a questionnaire, send it to your coordinator. These go to our owner and we answer them properly.
