Your role as company admin
What the company admin does, which other contacts we need from your organisation, and what your coordinator handles for you today.
The company admin is the person at your organisation who runs MyAIGuide.Pro for the team. It is usually the primary contact we worked with during setup.
What you do
- Decide who gets a seat and which seat group each person belongs to.
- Send us the list of people to invite (name and work email), and tell us when someone joins, moves or leaves.
- Launch it internally. Join the kickoff, announce it to your team and nudge people to sign in.
- Be the first stop for your team's questions, and pass anything you can't answer to your coordinator.
- Review progress with us at the check-ins and the quarterly review.
Today your coordinator makes the actual changes (inviting, moving and removing people) from your requests. A company console where you can do this yourself is coming.
The other contacts we ask for
- Finance or billing contact: receives invoices and reminders. Tell us your PO number and cost centre if you use them.
- Agreement signer: someone with authority to bind the company. Only their verified work email counts.
- Chief AI Officer or AI lead: owns adoption, joins the kickoff and quarterly reviews.
- IT or security contact (optional): email domains, security questions and making sure our emails reach your people.
- Extra company admins (optional): if you want a colleague to share the job.
What your coordinator does
Your coordinator sets up your account, sends invites, keeps your seat counts right, sends invoices and reminders, runs check-ins and renewals, and answers your questions. Pricing and agreement wording are approved by our owner, so your coordinator may need a short time to confirm those.
