COO AI Operating Engine
Reinvent operations, don't just automate them. Learn from zero to expert, scan your processes for AI potential, simulate disruptions with and without AI, and decide where agents act and where people keep judgment.
For: COOs, operations VPs, plant, service and supply-chain leaders, and transformation leads. You can start with zero AI knowledge: the learn path goes from the basics to an AI-first operating model, and every tool works in the numbers you already run on — volumes, cycle times, error rates, cost per case, service levels and lead times.
Where are you with AI?
Pick the closest match. It sets your path through the lessons and the playbook. You can change it any time.
Why it matters
BCG research from 2026 estimates that an end-to-end AI transformation could raise industrial operations productivity by more than 30% within the first two to three years and potentially triple it within five years, while costs fall by 60% or more. BCG's point is that these gains go to COOs who reinvent operations rather than automate them: redesign workflows from scratch, move from reactive to predictive operations, build AI fluency across the organization and never cede human judgment to the machine. McKinsey's 2026 State of AI survey, as reported in the press, points the same way: only 6% of organizations are AI high performers, and nearly three-quarters of them have fundamentally redesigned workflows. Gartner, meanwhile, predicts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027. A COO needs to know which processes to redesign, where agents belong, and how to prove the value.
