Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and CloudOMax Corp ("we", "us"), which operates MyAIGuide.Pro. By creating an account, buying a plan or using MyAIGuide.Pro, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

1. The service

MyAIGuide.Pro helps professionals learn and use AI: courses and guided journeys, AI-powered apps, a member community, the AI Compliance Academy, newsletters and digests, and Zora short links (go.myaiguide.pro). Features change over time — we add, improve and sometimes retire them.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older to use MyAIGuide.Pro. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these Terms for that organisation.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.
• Tell us straight away at hello@myaiguide.pro if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Plans, trials and payment

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices and what each plan includes are shown when you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If you start a trial or an introductory price, it becomes a normal paid subscription at the regular price when it ends, unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel at any time with Manage billing on your member home page, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds follow what the plan page says at the time you buy. Where the plan page doesn't promise a refund, payments already made aren't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Credits and app limits

Some apps are included in your plan up to a limit, and some runs cost credits from your wallet. The number of credits a run uses is shown before or when you run it. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and may expire as described where you get them. We may adjust limits to keep the service fair and running well.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use MyAIGuide.Pro to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it;
• harass, threaten, defame or harm others, or post hateful, sexually exploitative or violent content;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or upload personal information you have no right to share;
• scrape, crawl or copy the service or its content in bulk, or get around usage limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract our source code, prompts or models, except where the law allows it;
• probe, attack or overload our systems, or bypass security or access controls;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent where content came from.

7. Short links (go.myaiguide.pro)

Short links you create must not be used for phishing, malware, scams, deceptive or misleading redirects, or anything that breaks section 6. Links may be scanned automatically for safety, and we may disable any link at any time without notice.

8. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload, write or create with MyAIGuide.Pro.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run and improve the service for you (for example, sending it to an AI provider to produce the result you asked for). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups kept for a short time and anything you've shared publicly that others have already copied.
• When you choose to share something publicly (a community post, a public page or a short link), people can see it as you chose.
• You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it.

9. AI output

• AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and similar requests can give different results to different people.
• It is not professional advice — not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person.
• You're responsible for how you use the output, including checking it before you publish or rely on it.
• The AI Compliance Academy is educational information, not legal advice. Laws change and depend on your situation.

10. Our intellectual property

MyAIGuide.Pro, our courses, apps, designs, text, logos and software belong to CloudOMax Corp or our licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active. Don't copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

MyAIGuide.Pro relies on and links to other services (for example Stripe for payments, Clerk for sign-in and AI providers). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.

12. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using MyAIGuide.Pro and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data.
• We may suspend or close an account, remove content or disable links if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect other people or the service. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• Sections 8 to 16 continue to apply after your account ends.

13. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep MyAIGuide.Pro available and useful, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CloudOMax Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to MyAIGuide.Pro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.

15. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts there have jurisdiction — unless the consumer laws of the place you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date (October 1, 2026) shows the current version. For important changes we'll tell members in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using MyAIGuide.Pro after the changes apply, you accept them; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
