Revenue AI funnel diagnostic
Enter your funnel volumes and conversion rates, from leads to closed-won and renewal. For each stage the tool models what a lift in that conversion rate would be worth in revenue, using sourced benchmark ranges where they exist and your own pilot numbers where they don't. It then ranks the stages by impact per unit of effort and turns the result into a plan. The math runs in your browser; AI only explains the result.
The example funnel and effort scores are illustrative defaults — replace them with your own numbers.

2. Expected lift from AI, by stage
Lifts are relative to the current rate (+10% on a 20% rate gives 22%). Where a source gives a single reported figure, the range runs from 0% (a pilot can show no lift) to that figure. Effort (1 easy – 5 hard) is a judgment, not a benchmark: data readiness, integration work, change management and risk.

3. Where AI has the most leverage
Baseline revenue in view (new bookings plus what those customers bring back at the next term): $3,628,125. Each row models one stage's lift on its own.
