AI contract clause library
Illustrative model clauses and negotiation notes for the AI terms that matter most: data use, training rights, confidentiality, output IP, security, indemnities and audit when you buy AI; disclaimers, acceptable use and liability caps when you sell it. For each clause, pick where you are landing (preferred, fallback or walk-away) and the tool calculates a deal-risk score in code. The clauses are starting points, not legal advice: adapt them with counsel for your jurisdiction and deal.
Starting points, not legal advice. Illustrative model clauses written as a starting point for discussion. They are not legal advice and are not tailored to any jurisdiction, deal or law. Adapt them with qualified counsel before use.

Rated 0 of 0 clauses · 0 not relevant · 0 unrated. Unrated and not-relevant clauses don’t count.
How the score works
Deal risk = 100 × Σ(weight × residual) ÷ Σ(weight), over the clauses you rated (Not relevant and unrated clauses are left out). Weights: high 3, medium 2, low 1. Residual risk: preferred 0, fallback 0.35, walk-away 0.7, missing 1. Escalation rules can raise the band (never lower it).
