📖 Learning paths

Twelve domains, each with a lesson, readings, exercises and the certifications that map to it. Proficiency runs from 1 to 5:

• 1 — Aware — knows the concepts, needs guidance to apply them
• 2 — Practitioner — applies them on own work with occasional help
• 3 — Proficient — applies them independently, reviews others
• 4 — Advanced — sets the approach for several teams
• 5 — Expert — shapes the organisation's approach; recognised authority
